Roles
We will need a setup team on Thursday, December 18th, 3 – 4:30pm, 6-8 people at least (we may have Grade 7’s help with tables, etc.) setting up tables and chairs, decorating the stage, papering tables, setting up warmers, cleaning, and prepping serving trays, utensils and containers.
Friday, December 19th:
Early morning prep crew – 7:45 – 9am – 4-6 people, prep butter, syrup, etc.
Breakfast crew – 8:45 – 11am – 50 people, serving pancakes, butter, syrup, recycling, resetting tables.
Take Down Crew- 11 – 11:30am – 10 people, put away all tables and chairs.
Clean-up Crew- 11 – 12pm- 6 people, wash up trays, jugs, warming bins
Griddle Crew – 7 people cooking pancakes (we likely have this filled)
