Theme: Identity and Disability Inclusion

Speaker Bio: Jessica Kruger is a disability advocate, speaker, and community leader dedicated to advancing accessibility and inclusion. After having an accident as a teen that left her a quadriplegic, she uses her lived experience to break down barriers while supporting organizations such as OneAbility Games, the BC Wheelchair Basketball Society, and the Rick Hansen Foundation. Jessica is also an entrepreneur, having run her own baking business for 4 years, artist, and wheelchair rugby athlete with the BC Provincial team and Canada’s Women’s Development team. She uses sport, creativity, and advocacy to show that disability fuels leadership, resilience, and impact.
